Ways to train here

Four routes onto the floor. Most people start coached, then move to open gym once the programme is second nature.

Open gym membership

Full access to both floors with a coach available on the floor whenever you are in, whether you booked or not.

Open gym membership

Small-group strength

Six people, one coach, one twelve-week block. Cheaper than personal training and harder to skip on a wet Tuesday.

Small-group strength

One-to-one coaching

Weekly sessions with a coach who writes and adjusts your programme in the room, session by session.

One-to-one coaching

Conditioning and classes

Intervals, rowing and circuit work in forty-five minutes, capped at twelve so nobody is training in a corridor.

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Send us a message and we'll reply within a day.

I have never lifted before. Will I be out of my depth?
No. Roughly half of our new members have never touched a barbell. Your assessment starts from where you are, and Danny takes beginners through the first sessions himself.
Do I need to book a session to come in?
Not for open gym. Small-group blocks and one-to-one sessions are booked in the app, and classes are capped at twelve so they do fill up.
Is there a minimum contract?
Memberships are rolling monthly. Cancel with thirty days' notice, and you can freeze for up to two months a year at no cost.
Can I train around an injury?
Usually yes, but we screen first and, where appropriate, ask you to check with your doctor or physiotherapist. We work around a problem, not through it.
How busy is it at peak times?
We cap membership specifically so the 18:00 rush stays workable. Fourteen platforms and eleven racks means the longest wait is usually one set.
What should I bring to the first session?
Flat shoes, a water bottle and something you can move in. Leave the belt and straps at home for now — we want to see how you move without them.
